Ap          : Good morning ms.

In            : Good morning.How are you doing?

Ap          : I am doing fine.Thank ms.

In            : How was the traffic coming over here?

Ap          : I am glad that there is no crowded traffic in this morning.

In            : Good. Let’s start the interview. Are you ready?

Ap          : Yes, I am.

In            : Tell me about yourself.

Ap          : I almost 27 years old. I’m energic, responsible,friendly,easy going, and hardworker.

In            : What makes you interested in finance manager position?

Ap          : I really interested on how a company manage the finance in order to make a better marketing management.

In            : What is your educational background?

Ap          : I graduated 6years ago from Padjajaran University with a bachelor degree as S.E.

In            : What do you think about financial management?

Ap          : The financial maagement means planning,organizing,directing and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and utilization of funds of the enteprise. It means applying general management principles to financial resources of the enterprise.

In            : What is your last role?

Ap          : In my last role, I’ve been Treasurer of Department of Industry and Trade in Denpasar.

In            : What is your duties?

Ap          : First, I have to make estimation of capital requirements. The second is Financial controls. It means that the finance manager has not only to planning,procure and utilize the funds but I have also to exercise control over finances. This can be done through many techniques like ratio analysis, financial forecasting, cost and profit control etc about accounting activity.

In            : Nice. So , why are you leaving your previous job?

Ap          : I just want to get more challenging job and experiences.

In            : Do you know your responsibilities if your are accepted here?

Ap          : Yes, I do. A finance manager is responsible for managing the company’s financial, but also I have to build a good relationship between employees and companies.

In            : Good. So, what is your weakness?

Ap          : I think, I’m not really good in public speaking yet and sometimes I can bea grumpy person.

In            :Alright. Why should I hire you?

Ap          : I’ve been a treasurer of department of Industry and Trade Denpasar for the past 6 years which help me improve my skills and experience to manage financial. My boss said that time by time that without me, the organization would fall apart. I’m a financial wiz , which means I can work faster .

In            : Okay. What is your motivation?

Ap          : My motivation is what’s good enough for most people is never really good enough for me.
